Cucina Man Mano 是一個「體驗起司飲食生活文化」的空間:使用 Lab Man Mano 慢慢弄的自產商品,融入歐陸色彩的餐桌料理,將起司的多面向美味分享給大眾。餐廳座落於綠意盎然的民生社區,無論是講究飲食的饕客、還是恰巧路過的居民,都可輕鬆前來品嚐美食美酒。起司是藝術也是科學,這門手藝學無止境;貫徹義大利人的慢食主義,急不得、慢慢來,一桌味蕾饗宴需慢慢品味,使其口齒留香、回味無窮。
Background
Cucina Man Mano is a platform to "Experience Cheese, Food, Life and Culture". The cuisine uses Lab Man Mano's self-products to share the multi-faceted delicacy of cheese with the public. The restaurant located in Taipei famous region “Minsheng Community” where full of greenery. Whether you are a gourmet who pays attention to food or a resident who happens to pass by, you can easily come and taste the food and wine here. Cheese is all about art and science, and knowledge is infinite in this field. Italian advocates the lifestyle of Slow Food: every food-related issues should not be rushed, and all dishes deserve to be tasted slowly and consciously.
設計方案
以「端上一道道充滿巧思的起司料理」為設計核心,標誌採用三個如起司團狀的 C 盛裝在盤子上,同時代表慢食主義的三個精神:美好、乾淨、公平。從另一視角解讀,將意指廚房的 Cucina 的三個 C 連結,拼組成母品牌 Lab Man Mano 的 M 英字。字型選擇具現代感的黑體,表現俐落平衡的氛圍,並採用較寬廣的字距,展現親切友善、輕鬆愜意的感受。
Design
"Cheese dishes full of ingenuity" is the core idea of the design. Three cheese-like "C" are served on the plate, representing the Slow Food manifesto for quality: Good, Clean and Fair. Interpreted from another perspective, the three C of Cucina, which means the kitchen, are connected to form the M shape of the parent brand Lab Man Mano. The sans-serif font is chosen for main typeface, expressing a neat and balanced atmosphere, and adopts a wider word spacing, showing a friendly, relaxed and comfortable feeling.
