叁加叁 鴛鴦泡椒酸菜魚 是這一鍋餐飲集團推出的全新品牌,延續集團對湯頭鑽研的豐富經驗,「叁加叁」以三道製作工序、三重辣味,堆疊出濃郁醇厚的湯頭;更將酸、脆、麻、鮮、爽的五味精髓,巧妙融入料理中,詮釋出屬於台灣的全新川味。相較市場上常見的單一口味,品牌推出叁加叁獨創的鴛鴦雙拼,一鍋雙吃、多重享受,滿足台灣人熱愛嚐鮮的味蕾!
Background
Toponepot Group launched their new brand "SNG JIA SNG SUANCAI FISH" in December 2023. Inheriting the group's passion for broth, the brand uses three step of procedure and three layers of spiciness to create rich and mellow flavor. Sour, Crispy, Numb, Fresh and Strong, these five flavors are ingeniously integrated into the dishes, interpreting Taiwan's new Sichuan taste. Compared with the common single flavors, the brand creates the exclusive double-flavor hot pot, offering Taiwanese people a unique and interesting dining option!
設計方案
為凸顯餐點的靈魂食材-「烏鱧魚」的形象,圖標以剪影方式勾勒,並賦予其生動的擬人化特色,為品牌注入活潑趣味的靈魂,並營造輕鬆親切的用餐體驗。有份量感的中文標準字結合尖角、漸層網點,描繪唇齒間留香的濃郁滋味;配色則以雙主色呈現,運用辣椒紅與酸菜綠的相融,呼應鴛鴦雙口味的獨家吃法。一口酸菜一口魚,叁加叁用料理探索五感,展現川菜的台式新詮釋!
Design
"Channa argus" is the soul ingredient of the meal. The brand logo is drawn in silhouette and given a lively and humorous personality. The weighty Chinese characters are combined with sharp corners and gradient dots to depict the amazing taste in mouth. The color scheme is presented in two main colors: Chili Red and Suancai Green, to echo the exclusive two flavors of hot pot. SNG JIA SNG explores the five senses with their meals, and will not stop developing the best Suancai fish dishes in the future.
