Leo Huang, the founder of Transform Design, has continued to dedicate himself to the expertise of brand planning since Transform Design was founded in 2011. With his unique insights into brand planning, he hopes to share his know-how and experiences with more people. In 2010, Huang was invited to attend Design Summer 2 in Hangzhou, China. He started giving lectures for Xue Xue workshops since 2015, and he also lectured at the Alpha Camp in 2016 and 2017. In 2017, Huang started a column and gave exclusive interviews for Design 360˚ Magazine. Huang has become a regular face at major events, and he has often been invited to universities or colleges to share his personal experiences with students.
Leo Huang loves to share. He believes that it is important to have a comprehensive plan for the development of one’s know-how and put it into practice by giving lectures and teaching. Through different kinds of opportunities, he hopes to share the projects, proposals, and designs that he carried out in the past with more people. Each opportunity is precious to him in that it allows him to stay in touch with the social context and the current trend, so he treasures the interaction he has in every lecture he gives. Huang also believes that giving design lectures is not about reducing the occurrence of problems through our perspectives but providing the tools for people to deal with problems and strengthen their weak links as a problem surfaces.
